It's nice posting again. Today's post is dedicated to every woman losing hope on her dreams,every woman feeling unwanted, undesirable and incompetent of doing whatever you want to do...I want you to know YOU CAN, Believe in yourself and that's all. Nobody is you except YOU.

Often times, the world both directly or indirectly tells us that we shouldn't be happy with ourselves if we don't have certain standards. This is a reminder that beauty isn't only one look, shape, size, or colour. IT ISN'T EVEN ALWAYS TANGIBLE.
 It comes in an endless amount of forms and we need to recognise that. 
You can do whatever you think of.
There are things that certain women go through on a daily basis in order to feel loved or in order to love themselves. We get compliments like "you are too skinny, Don't you eat and I'm a victim of this.They don't know i eat a lot LOL!
"You are too fat, I hate to see you and lot more
Yeah they must talk but i tell you, you are beautiful just the way you are.
If this is you now....Feel like you need something to lift your spirits? Life is a struggle – whatever you’re struggling with, it helps to hear words of encouragement that remind us that we all take knocks in life, but the best things in life come through persistence.

Whether you’ve just had another setback chasing your dreams, been rejected by someone you care about, faced tragedy, or you’re just feeling drained from the ups and downs of this journey we call life, remember that things can turn around in an instant. All you have to do is keep moving forward, even when it feels like it would be easier to just lay down and give up.
I want you to know this!

"It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.
The road is clumsy but keep going, Only a few can support your success without envy, You sometimes don't need the support, motivate yourself to keep moving.
You meet a lot of people on your way knowing that they have come to show you few things you need to know, Don't over react when they leave. They have fulfilled their purpose and they are ready to leave!

DO NOT GIVE UP! DO NOT RELENT!
PERSISTENCE IS KEY!

I'M HELEN! I figured some time has passed and by now there are surely more things I can share with you. Aside from anything else, I find this is always quite a good writing exercise – makes you take a good look at yourself and you often realise things about yourself when you write them down. So, here goes… HERE ARE  FEW THINGS ABOUT MYSELF I'LL LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU👩 1. I make note of words I don’t know and look them up later. 2. I always feel better with sneakers on. 3. I make beats with my mouth(interesting ones at that)😄. 4. I do not like anyone to be in charge of me, I love to do my stuff the way i want. 5.
