As Will Smith says, “Don’t let success get to your head, and failure get to your heart.” Examine your triumphs and trials in the past year, as every success and failure is an opportunity for growth. 2. Have I used my time wisely? We all do it – sometimes after work, all we want to do is to put our legs up on the coffee table and Netflix the rest of the night away. As tempting as that may sound, how you spend your free time can actually have a huge influence over your career and your future. Instead of wasting that time, choose to do things with more purpose. Pick up a new skill, like coding or making a mobile application. Take classes, and invest in yourself. Read.
